Hard-Anodized Cookware: How To Choose A Better Brand

Hard-anodized cookware sets are aluminum pots and pans which has undergone an electrochemical procedure to form sturdy and non-corrosive cookware. Like cladding, anodizing bonds the metal tightly and that is why it is very durable.  Anodized metals have a nice finish, do not flake off so it is very easy to maintain and clean.  The process of anodizing does not have harmful effects or does not react to food ingredients so it is safe to use.
